Welcome to Le Manoir de la Haute Guais.
The house dates from 1880, a much loved family home with exceptional views across the bay to Saint Malo, situated on the Vicompté point just outside Dinard. A path directly from the garden leads down to a small private beach. We are 10 minutes walk from the centre of Dinard and about 15 minutes by car from Saint Malo. Dinan is roughly 20 minutes from here, Mont Saint Michel is about an hour.
The Dinard Yacht Club, water sports, shops and restaurants, the casino and a seawater swimming pool, the ferry across to Saint Malo and the main seafront and gardens, are minutes away on foot. Gorgeous beaches, meandering coastal paths and extravagant 19th century villas stretch to the west of Dinard as far as St Lunaire and St Briac. One the best links golf courses in France is at St Briac.
